"Dr. John is not a listener. He has his own agenda and acts like they are his teeth. I tried to explain my neurological disease and the seizure disorder I have and how they might affect my treatment plan. He glossed right over my concerns. Now I am paying for a porcelain crown that I will destroy with my next seizure because he didn’t think a gold one would look good. He should really try to listen and to talk to people like they are adults. I am only giving one star because zero is not an option."

"Absolutely horrible. Rescheduled time sensitive appointment multiple times on short notice. no safety glasses during a crown install??? Telling a patient he is getting a permanent crown, but upon inspection by another dentist when said crown detached, is actually a temporary crown that seems hastily thrown together. according to current dentist, tooth was prepared and filed so dangerously close to nerve that I could have permanent tooth sensitivity for the rest of my life. now i have to pay out of pocket for a new crown because I never want to come back here"

"I was very nervous about going to the dentist. I’ve had past experiences that really did a number on me. My first interactions with the staff were positive. They were very friendly. I filled out the intake forms and wrote all about my fear. Yup absolute fear. Well let me tell you that the friendliness didn’t stop there. The dental hygienist was so sweet! She was patient and caring. She took things slowly for me. Talked me through everything and was gentle with my mouth. After the cleaning the dentist came in and we chatted it up. Talked family, life then the plan for my teeth. I guarantee if you want a positive experience with a dentist and staff give them a call."
