"VIEWERS PLEASE READ. People are not lying on here. Do not use Southwest Medical Hospice. Sarah from Hospice assisted my family big mistake. My mother was released from the hospital Jan 19th 2024, at approximately 6:30 PM in the hands of Southwest Medical Hospice. My family and i was told by Sarah that Southwest Medical will have everything set up for my mother.... bed, medicine, etc. Southwest Medical Hospice, delivered a bed for my mother on Jan 29th, at 3:00 PM... They delivered the bed and forgot the mattress. The young man stated he would be right back with the mattress....My mother was ambulanced to my sisters house at approximately 7:05 PM, still no mattress. I immediately contacted Sarah since she set everything up asking WHERE IS THE MATTRESS? The AMBULANCE arrived to my sisters house. Sarah asked that we lay my mother on a couch and Sarah stated that the ball got dropped somewhere. I said to Sarah YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME I'LL BE DAMN! still no mattress as i called Sarah back she blocked my number as well as my sisters number...As my mother laid on the couch someone finally showed up 30 mins later with a mattress. The Nurse Felicia did not have an aid, nor a wheelchair to help my mother move from the couch to the bed in fact she asked that we all help lift my mother to the bed...None of us are trained to do this and my sister explained to Felecia that one of the males is handicap...It did not phase Felecia... As we lift my mother to the bed my mothers head hit the bed rail... My mothers exact words were. ( Owww what are you all doing to me ) My mother passed away the very next day. It took Southwest Hospice 2 days to pick up the bed after my mother passed...This was the most ghetto, unprofessional, circus , company in the world. I do not live in Vegas but one thing for sure this is far from being over."

"Having received an initial phone call from Criselda, concerning putting my mom on “end of life care” hospice…I was tremendously surprised when another person, Stephen Hendrix, contacted me from my mothers room in Las Ventanos Rehab Center. Mom is recuperating from a “broken hip” (this is as per my mom). I questioned Mr. Hendrix thoroughly & advised him of my requirements of necessary information concerning his company, (a division of United Healthcare). I was seeking information that was NOT ADVERTISING FORMAT, but rather, pertinent information concerning handling of patients, Dr.’s that would have to perform necessary procedures on my mom, financial information, protocols concerning startup of pandemic or other serious health issues. I was promised I would receive this information via text/email yet…received NOTHING AS PROMISED. I live in Florida & am unable to assist my mom in person, nor become her Power of Attorney because I cannot travel due to my own health conditions…so her choosing someone there is fine with me. HOWEVER; IT DOES NOT GIVE SOUTHWEST THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD INFORMATION concerning care of patients, fiscal responsibilities, etcetera, ESPECIALLY when it comes to my mother’s care. I contacted Criselda the next afternoon & explained that I loathe being lied to. She went to get her manager & I was still getting the run around to obtain getting the requested information sent to me. PUBLIC INFORMATION ABOUT HEALTHCARE SERVICES & THEIR FINANCIAL CONCERNS SHOULD ALWAYS BE MADE AVAILABLE TO ANYONE (ESPECIALLY CLOSE FAMILY) UPON REQUEST. There is absolutely no good reason for ANYONE to have to get a court order for information readily available online. But my litmus test is to request it from the agent representing the company..& Stephen Hendrix couldn’t remember anyone’s names we were discussing, let alone to tell the truth concerning sending me documentation concerning Southwest Medical Hospice. I would also note that I heard a little fear in his voice as well as Criselda’s, when I asked to see some affidavits from current patients families. Of course…that’s only my opinion & we all know what opinions are like… Subjective garbage. But I will caution all who are considering this Hospice. They talk a man streak but are very unwilling to put forth any effort to PROVE just how good they are. And in my book…THAT SPELLS MEDIOCRITY & T R O U B L E! Caveat Emptor! (Let the buyer BEWARE!)"
