"Purchased vehicle in December they were promoting 6 months free supercharger but until now nothing. Every time you give them a call will be on wait/hold for over 30 minutes and the person who picks up after says they can’t help need to speak to a manager. When asking for a manager always being told “on lunch”, “with customer”, “too busy “ will be contacting you after and never ever will. Gotta drive to the store to speak to a manager and you finally get the chance too all they say is I can’t do anything here. What’s the point of a manager on site when they can’t help anything. Was also told they will open a case with the higher ups and will get back to me still nothing after 4 weeks. All a lie, was also told if I get solar panels would get a 500$ discount on the car, after signing papers for the solar didn’t get the discount. Was also told solar panel installation would happen quickly but again after signing the papers installation has been scheduled for May. Everything about TESLA has been a disappointment . Only time they're there to help is when you’re looking to buy something after purchase you’re pretty much kicked to the curve. Also apparently there’s a lot of people who are not getting the 6 months free supercharger and are trying to figure out why. Has anyone recently “been helped” with this issue yet?"
"Didn't get a chance to drive this beauty, but experienced a dual motor Y. Man, that instant torque is no joke. Thank you Tesla for giving and treating customers a totally different experience from ALL other dealerships......I want one."
"Poor customer service! Do not leave off the lot until you inspect EVERY INCH of the car you are picking up. Most of the imperfections are not fixable. And quote on quote from Alex’s James (service manager) words “aren’t imperfections to his standards”. The service report that they told me they will schedule on my behalf since I saw those issues at the time off the appointment wasn’t in fact scheduled and the employee Bryan who told me he would didn’t even left notes. No one wants to buy a new car with a bunch of defects. Calling customer service normal usual wait time 1-1:30 and after that they just hung up. So far none of this was addressed from Tesla. Even if it matters to you they definitely don’t care. “These cars are mass produced and none of them are perfect and they all have different issues” said Alex. They prefer unhappy client rather them fix those small issues. As a new Tesla owner huge disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through this. Not to mention the loan car that they give you while they pretend like they are trying to see if there is anything to be done is super dirty and when they let me go off the lot car had 75,000 miles on it and one tire low on pressure. After driving two blocks away I felt it so I had to turn around to have them check the tire pressure and fill it up. You wound never expect get a loaner in that condition."
"The customer service representatives were horrible when i had to take my car in for service. I waited 45 minutes because nobody called my name. When i went up to the front one of the employes said “I've been calling your name a lot BRO”. And continued to laugh like it was a joke. Very unprofessional. They gave me a FILTHY rental car. There was dirt, sunflower seeds, and overall just felt so gross. And they gave me no J1772 adapter to charge it. All they told me was to go to a super charger in which i dont live near one. Very poor customer service"
