"Need a new Office Manager. Worst front desk ever! Nobody ever answers phone. Have been on hold several times for over 30 min. Dr. Jean is rushed and only reviews ur chart in the 5 min u r there. Incompetent staff. Finding another doctor and pls don't respond with ur standard answer. DO BETTER!!!"

"Most efficient medical office I go to and I see a lot of health care providers! Plus, the employees actually seem to enjoy working there and working with each other! There are times I have had to wait, but the wait times are nothing compared to wait times with most of my other HCP; there's always an apology and the employees actually listen to you and get you in touch with the right person. And the lab techs are wonderful!"

"If I could rate this a zero I would. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating very sick people and have zero communication skills. I have insurance and medicare and called everyday for 7 days just to get an appointment and their "scheduler" and supervisor didn't bother trying to call back just to schedule an appointment. I contacted my NP and told them not to refer anyone to this facility."

"I go to this center at least once a month for infusions and/or see a doctor. The nurses in the infusion room are awesome. Knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. Everyone in the radiation department is amazing. From the doctors to the techs they take great care with their patients. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is when I see my hematologist/oncologist, I feel rushed to the point I have to stop him from leaving the room so I can finish with my concerns and/or questions. The scheduling girls are indifferent and/or rude. They wont even greet or look at the patients when scheduling."

"Though I'm happy with the treatment and proper diagnosis from the doctor primarily responsible for the medications prescribed the scheduling and support staff has been lacking at times. I have been scheduled by the scheduling department for a return visit on days that the office was closed for a holiday, my injections depends on a prior blood test and I am informed of my numbers if I need the medication or not but many times most likely due to my appointment being close to the staff's time to go home I've sat there til close with them leaving and not informing me if I didn't need the shot that visit. If I don't get that shot I might die, if I didn't need it the nurses or staff responsible just leave me to die hours at times in the waiting room because they are too in a hurry to get off work more than their patients that depends on them. An scheduling a return visit when the clinic is closed, I am old and have to get transportation for my visits, I show up and they are closed! They scheduled me when they were closed, REALLY! If I wasn't so dependent on the medication I would find another office because of their incompetent and at times un caring support staff, but I am here now and have to continue my treatment at this location."
