"The 3 practitioners we've seen here are AMAZING, absolutely love them, so kind, caring, thorough, and truly listen to us. I greatly appreciate that when we have emergent illness they are willing and able to get us in quickly, occasionally even same day! However, plan to be here for a solid 2+ hours, as you will wait up to 40+ minutes both in the waiting room and then again in the visiting rooms before being seen. They seem severely understaffed and the front office staff are regularly away from the front desk for translating services, going to the restroom, and their (well deserved!) breaks with no backup personnel to watch the waiting room. On our last visit here, an intoxicated man wandered in and out during one of these breaks for 10 or so minutes, asking what kind of store it was and making inappropriate remarks to myself and about my child. I called the office during this hoping there were staff in the back office that could come out to help and could hear the phones ringing but there was no one to answer. After we were seen the staff were kind enough to walk us out to our vehicle, and I greatly appreciate that they are open into the evening hours, but I will no longer be making appointments here after dark."

"I have been bringing my children here for about 2 years and have never had a bad experience. We absolutely love Katie but the other providers are just as great! I never feel like they’re rushing through our visits, they always take the time to address my concerns. Honestly I’m surprised at some of the other reviews because the wait time is no problem at all. Yes they can get a little busy, but even during the busier days the workers keep a smile and lovely attitudes. If you don’t expect to wait at the doctors then you’re crazy! My kids love the toys in the waiting area and it’s always quite clean. I haven’t been to any of the other Weecare branches, but based on our experience here I can only assume that they are just as good!"
