"I have been treated here for a year, with utmost respect, clear explanation of treatments and side effects, accurate scheduling and fast action if something troubling cropped up that needed to be addressed. Everyone at the Southwest location that I've encountered has been kind, pleasant and professional - from reception, labs, chemo and radiation treatment, doctor and nurse appointments and scheduling. I also had treatment at the N. Town Center office, and it was excellent, as well. I highly recommend Dr. Jacks and Dr. Meoz and their teams. I know I got the best treatment available, and know the CCC team keeps on top of the latest options for their patients."
"Dr Oscar Goodman is great, but it is the staff that has very poor customer service (doesn't respond to messages - always says "your message is being forwarded to your doctor), the portal is not patient friendly and visit summaries or test results availability is nowhere to be found."
"After a bad experience at the Northwest clinic I switched to the Southwest clinic and I am very happy I did. The staff there are great and so are the doctors. Dr Wang who I initially saw there is still my radiation doctor and Dr Gupta is my oncologist are great doctors. The one other great thing is the scheduler that I had for Dr Gupta. Karen is the best and when I recently heard that schedulers will no longer be specific to a doctor I was upset. Having one person to deal with for appointments is an essential part of patient care since the scheduler is a direct connection to the doctor. Please put that practice back into action so that patients know who they are talking to about appointments."
"CCCN is the biggest and best known cancer care provider in the Vegas area, and in my experience, they live up to their good reputation. Overall it's a top quality experience, from doctors to front office staff to lab technicians."
