"I've been in need of emergency help for over 3 weeks. First, my file gets deleted from authenticare so nobody was able to come work for these 3 weeks and I gave them time to fix the issue. I'm dealing with cancer, fall risk, and rare Lumbar disease. The worker who was supposed to start 9/14/21 was a no show and I called the office to find out why. Professional work ethic should be top priority. The same worker who was a no show told me that she would be at my house at 1pm the next day. She was a no show again. When I called, she laughed and said she forgot and didn't look at her schedule. I've been calling the office since the morning and still no answer or callback. I think this experience speaks for itself for someone new to the company. I'm searching for another PCA provider now. I don't even want to move forward. Your first impression was terrible, and I waited around for weeks to give you chance but I cannot wait another day. Don't fall for this if you're looking for help. My advice is to look around, meet the owner and the worker if possible, and then look around some more to be sure you get the desired care. I've had 5 falls because I had to attempt to do things myself and one landed me into the ER. I do not and will not recommend this company. I have to do what's best for my health, and this isn't the way. - Pastor J"
