"I couldn't have had a better experience at the Las Vegas Surgery Center. Everyone from the reception desk to the discharge nurse went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Kelsey, Trinna, Dr. Gupta, Jo, Gloria, Blessy, Luz..... and of course Dr. Hofflander provided exceptional service and made me feel at ease with this being my first surgery ever! You all are outstanding in your field of work and I'm glad there are caring, nurturing people like you in this world to help people like me get through the tribulations of life circumstances that come our way every so often. There is a reason you are all in this field of work and I hope anyone else that needs to go through surgery is blessed to have all of you by their side to comfort and guide them along the way."

"Every one was so professional and friendly. They made me feel like a person and not just another patient. The entire place is super clean. I saw them cleaning after one patient left the area for their surgery. Very impressive. I will return next week for may other eye to be operated on, I am not nervous at all."

"Terrible. Don’t go here. Had an out patient procedure. Had a rude and inept staff member. Lied to me and after complaining loudly because she could get an i.v in I requested someone capable. She them huffed and puffed when someone else placed the iv. No privacy. I’m in a room wearing a hospital gown with 4 strangers. What happened to hipa and common decency? And now I'm sick, 48 hours after being there, fever, chills, cough...didn't see anyone else. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place. I really should have followed my gut instinct and left once I saw the place. Dirty~"

"The staff was professional and friendly they made sure I was all set for my surgical procedure going through each step of the process. I like the idea they have a tv in the area where they prep you prior to surgery. It’s also helpful if you are afraid of being poked my needles since they need to start an IV in your hand or possible arm (focus on the television) it will help you and the nurse (you won’t feel the poke) and the nurse won’t have any problems finding a vein."
