"I am more than disgusted with UHC. Their customer service is based on the model of “keep them on hold to wear them out and they will hang up!” I called today because I went to use my OTC credit. I scanned two items and it said they were eligible. I got to check out and was told they were not. I came home and called and Cathy or Kathy answered. She had me on the phone for over a half hour most of which was on hold. When I asked how much longer, Cathy put me on hold. Turns out Cathy put me back in the call loop because the next person was someone new who wanted me to start from the beginning. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. After 7 minutes on hold, I was told all supervisors were in a meeting and did I want to hold indefinitely? I asked to be connected with Cathy again. No luck. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON UNITED HEALTHCARE!!!! UNITED HEALTHCARE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not deal with Cathy. Ask for someone else. You can’t say you weren’t warned!"
