"I called to set up an initial consultation with this place & the girl was so rude & unwilling to call my PCP for the needed referral....... Even after explaining that I am disabled & do not drive & have to rely on other ppl for rides so it is very hard for me to get around to get the info she wanted me to bring to her......instead of her just calling my doctor who would GLADLY send the referral & accompanying documentation to her.... SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! Well..... That is about a $150,000.00 hang up you just cost your company...... There are PLENTY of other surgeons I can go to.. . HAVE A NICE DAY!!!!!"
