"Doctor Cam Watkins refused to listen to what I was stating. I was attempting to get fmla paperwork filled out that my HR was requesting that just backs my missing time for work which I was in the hospital for. My hospital stated they do not fill out fmla, and I had to see my pcp to fill it out. Through my insurance, I was able to set up an appointment with this location. I had backup paperwork with my hospital records but for whatever reason she kept insisting I am trying to get future time off when multiple times I reiterated that the fmla is not for future leave of absence and that my HR just needs it for the past leave of absence. She refused to listen and kept insisting she would not give future time off and also stated she would not risk her medical license. I don't understand how you are a doctor and refuse to listen to your patient. The rest of the staff was extremely kind and pleasant, but the doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional."

"They are my primary care provider by insurance. Have been waiting almost a month now for them to process a referral to my ENT doctor. Every single time I’ve called, they’ve promised it would be processed immediately but it never will. I give up, I’m just going to go there in person and ask for a paper referral physically to give to my ENT because you cannot trust that they will actually process it."

"My dad has peripheral neuropathy, he is 88, so not too diligent about letting me know when his prescription runs out, I have called 4 times since 9/1, and have never gotten a return call! I understand his med is a controlled substance and told them I understand if he needs to be seen, can we get some meds in the interim, no call to set up appt, or any meds in the interim, my dad has not come out of his room in 5 days due to the pain, this is not patient/family oriented behavior from any health care provider! Additionally I have been told the doctor didn't respond to urgent text, my last call they directed to the supervisor Patricia, she was in a meeting, and didn't get back to me either!"

"I came to Care More medical group 2 years ago. My doctor was Henkle , He was a PA. He was the best. This time last year , I was informed he was no longer with care more. I must say ,He was so much better then Who I see now. Just to get prescriptions refilled , has been a night mare. I have never had this problem ever before. I have taken a list in that needed refilled .They never sent the refill to my tricare exspress script . Tricare has sent request for refills for medicines. That request was denied or cancled.I had made many attempt s to get refills .I again called and told them Again , they say it will be taken care of .I have been told that before. Yes I did run out of much needed medicine , because of thier incompetence.I am very now looking for a doctor that cares about my health. Care More gets a thumbs down. I will tell everyone not to go there."
