"I am a long time patient. I set up my annual appointment with Dr. Ellyin. The day before the appointment I received a call that the appointment was canceled because a different Dr. wasn't going to be in. I never set up my appointment with the new doctor. Ok, all good. I have been calling for over a week every single day, multiple times per day, to get an appointment rescheduled. I am not able to get through to anyone. I am on hold for 20-30 mins and then it just hangs up on me. I have tried all the number prompts to get to a person, no luck. Terrible customer service."
