"Jennifer is the best. I'm glad I found her practice, she's very kind and caring. The Internal medicine staff is friendly and helpful. Wait times aren't too bad. The parking lot is a little tight for larger vehicles so plan ahead"
"I saw Jennifer Cribb in early 2022 during the pandemic. She started the meeting by asking me to remove my mask, though I did end up keeping it on. As I was sitting in the waiting room, a woman came in in person and was complaining to the front desk about not being able to get through to them, so this woman actually had to go in person to the office just to get a hold of anyone for her family's health needs. While I was there they asked me to speak my insurance aloud rather than having it written down, and thus they made a mistake, deciding that it was Medicare rather than United, which is what I had said. I had blood and urine tests ordered, which I had to figure out at Quest Diagnostics, and which I had to go to a couple of times to be able to be seen. They threw away half my lab results, the urine results, even though I came back in and gave it and said goodbye to them so they definitely saw me at that point. I spent a lot of time there because Jennifer sent over a piece of paper rather than anything electronic, and the guy was literally typing this stuff back into the computer from a piece of paper like it's 1985. It was extremely hard to get the results from Quest Diagnostics as well, and I ended up calling in person and having to have them email me them months later. I tried to get ahold of the doctor's office and so did my partner so I could get my prescriptions filled as well, but it just never happened. I needed two types of one prescription, and yet she only actually sent one prescription through after saying she would send both. In addition, another prescription had expired by the time I was ready to fill it, as it's an as needed medication, and I was never able to hear a solution back from anyone. We actually were never able to get our medical needs met through this office. No one ever explained to me what the results of the tests meant, so I ended up being confused as I'm not a medical professional and I'm just looking at a bunch of numbers. I just kind of figured at some point the doctor would explain the results to me, not to mention a plan moving forward for my health taking these data into consideration, but I never heard anything. Looking back I think when I was reading them originally, I read them as though the results were good, because I was looking at the wrong part? I'm just very confused by the papers, though I have a master's degree that involved statistical calculation but I seriously can't figure out what's wrong with my body and why no one has gotten back to me. Comparing with a doctor I saw in L.A., it's been like night and day. That doctor called me in person and got me on the phone before even sending anything over so as not to scare me with results of other testing. This whole system over here in Las Vegas seems to be broken. I honestly think it would be better for them just not to have medical care out here and just say look, you have to go to L.A., if this is the kind of care people get. Even in Summerlin they can't figure it out. You have luxury hotels and then people who can't get their health needs taken care of, it's just broken. I left one last message today and I really do hope I hear back from this nurse so that I can have more information as I move forward with future doctors, which won't be with this office."
"I saw Jennifer last November for UTI. She gave me a very strong AB that has given me colitis. When I was having symptoms, she refused to help me saying it was something I ate or the flu. I had to go to urgent care and almost hospitalized..She basically dumped me. It has been confirmed that the meds she gave me caused this. I am still suffering from it."
"Jennifer Cribbs is top knotch! Very professional and took her time with me while reviewing my medical needs."
