"Really hard for me to rate this place 1 star because Dr. Wong is AMAZING! Unfortunately one of the current staff member is so rude, unprofessional and racist. Her name is Shay I believe. My family has been treated by Dr. Wong for almost 10 years but we will have to look for another endocrinologist as this Lady Shay is so rude. You can’t even talk to her when she starts rolling her eyes and raise her voice. We asked questions and she couldn’t even provide a reasonable or decent answer but to get mad and start rolling her eyes and raise her voice and don’t let customers talk. What was her issue? That my parents are old? Or because we are Hispanic? This is really sad and I will be contacting other entities to escalate this. Dr. Wong is losing lots of patients and all because of this unprofessional and rude lady. I hope once she grows older she doesn’t have to deal with rude people like her, but don’t forget Karma will bite back right where it hurts. Wish Dr. Wong and the rest of the staff the best."

"The doctor is extremely knowledgeable. The front desk staffs are very helpful to the best of their capacity. The only thing they need to work on is the scheduling and keeping things reasonably on-time."

"Wait time is always terrible. Dr. Wang overbooked appointments. We usually waited at least for an hour passed appointment. What’s the point of making appointments? He works from Mon. To Thurs.The last appointment was 2pm. He does not want to work and is ready for retirement. My wife’s thyroid issue has not improving after one year treatment. Not recommended."

"I like this Dr, he is very through, and nice, but the office ladies are like stone recordings, never smile and talk to you like a robot. This office is really busy every time i have been there, usually have about 5 to 6 people waiting before its my turn even though i do get there prior to my appt time, its usually waiting time about 30 or 45 mins. Dont reschedule because if you do it will be another 2 months for another appt, i had to due to me getting Covid out of town. Office is ok but needs new paint, Dr is the only Dr practicing at this office, so I get it that we want a bit, but I'm not In a hurry."

"Can not get a hold of the office ever When you do get someone it's the answering service during business hours. even my pharmacy couldn't get them took 2 weeks to get my medication and never heard back from the answering service message I left about a week after seeing him in that my insurance didn't cover one of my medication. That and the long wait time and old furniture find someone else if you can't then expected to sit here for ever and pay them for the privilege of it. Picture of the exam room. The Dr. Service definitely doesn't make up for the wait at least for diabetic patients waited an hour and 8 minutes from my appointment time for a 5 minute talk and then waited to be let out another 10 minutes."
