"Worst office that I’ve ever been to. Nurse practitioner Jennifer Cribbs is the most incompetent medical staff that I have dealt with. I went in because my eyes were infected. She never treated the pink eye on the first trip. All they were interested in is racking up calls. I came back in because I let them do my annual test. Still another doctor never identified my pink eye. I have been dealing with this pink eye for over a month because it was never identified in your clinic, I have actually reported you to the medical board because I don’t know if it’s because I’m African-American you did not take the time but I’m going to let everybody know about your incompetence. I ended up doing a virtual doctor visit through my insurance to get medication that should’ve been prescribed to me when I came into your office at the beginning of February. You may be understaffed, but people depend on you and you fail me very bad and now my eyes have been affected by me having pink eye so long how can you be so uncaring?"

"Visited this office one time and have had issues for over a year. I had to follow up after blood work before I was given a prescription that they didn't take the initiative to send. They also took a year to send me a bill after miscoding the original visit and upon fixing the code, sent a second bill for more money that I had to resolve with insurance. Not worth the administrative headache"

"3 months and counting and still am unable to see the doctor I was referred to, with a confirmed cancer diagnosis. I just asked my doctor to stop referring to this person altogether because it's impossible to penetrate their heartless, cold front office staff that needs to find other jobs where they're not working with people with serious illnesses. And be advised, 30 minutes early is 5 minutes late."

"First off I want to say I really liked Jennifer Cribb, the nurse practitioner there. She was very attentive and listened to all my concerns, I felt like I was being heard. Her assistant nurse Hokie is also very nice. HOWEVER, this place is overworked, understaffed, and incredibly disorganized. They do not answer their phones, they do not answer their emails, and when you need a prescription refill, good luck. You're lucky if you can get a call back. I ran out of my medication and was going through withdrawals. I desperately needed to just SPEAK to someone and haven't been able to reach anyone. I almost took time off work to show up in person, and ended up scheduling somewhere else. This place is a joke. Do not waste your time. I also want to point out that I got bloodwork done here, which was very convenient I thought, but the lab ended up needing to reach out to me for my insurance information, even though the doctors office should already have it. Do they not communicate? That is just a small problem though. Easy fix. It is completely overshadowed by the incompetence of this business. Please heed my warning and do NOT choose this place for your primary care if you want to keep your sanity in tact."
