"I had seen Dr. Candice Spann once at the very beginning. That experience was good, she was friendly.The APP/PA have been good too. The consultation rooms could use a sink though. No handwashing there that I had witnessed. There was even a time that there was no hand sanitizers in the room. The MA ls would touched the ipad and everything else and would not sanitize their hands after. Now the front desk . They don’t know customer service at all. They are very transactional with their dealings with patients. My heart goes out to the older folks who come to that practice. They are also not very cognizant about confidential information. If I sat at the lobby long enough and really pay attention, I’d be able to get information about other patients."
