"Dr. Narula is great. Explains and listens. Everything else that involves staff and communication is horrible. Two weeks to get cardiac clearance faxed for unrelated surgery. Canceled a heart procedure at the hospital but didn’t notify me. Showed up at 6am and found out then that it was rescheduled a month later. Third try to get heart monitor. We’ll see. Any phone contact is confusing and returning voicemails go to another voicemail that is “full.”"

"Wow this has to be the worst office! They sources their calls out to people who don’t understand what’s going on. I have been scheduled three times and each time there’s an issue! Management is a joke, clearly they need a new one. How are they going to active a holter monitor before the patient gets it, then return the call a week later to get it clarified? Just horrible!"

"I scheduled an appointment on July 2023 for an echocardiogram and the day of my appointment on September 15th 2023 they called me that the technician wasn't available so they needed to reschedule for NOVEMBER 2013!!! I explain my situation and my health problems so they gave me a new day for today 09-25 at 11:20 am. Guess what??? they just called me at 8;30 am that the technician is not going to be available today either that they have to reschedule me for NOVEMBER 2023 again!!! I just think this people are not taking the life of the patients serious, they are so unprofessional, do your research better before contacting this group is a joke!"

"Imagine having an appointment that’s serious but your doctor chooses to answer phone calls from others and talk while you’re just sitting there. Then points towards the lobby and doesn’t tell you anything… Yea , A joke !"
