"My family doctor moved out of state so she referred Dr Francesca Chamian but the wait time is 8 months. Because my prescriptions r running out so made an appointment to see dr Noel Chamian, husband of dr F. He was okay. Prescribed a lot of tests which was okay with me since they are legit tests. However he forgot to write a script for a very important test and I didn't catch the missing ace till two days later. This is when the nightmare started...so I called and called to ask for the script but it sat there waiting for the doc signature for 5 days. After it was signed I had to drive to the office to pick up. It was a 15 min drive. While waiting for the test scripts to be signed, I needed medication refill so my home delivery pharmacy sent requests after requests for refills to no avail. So I called the office said, did not receive requests, then waiting for doctors signatures. Finally received 2 of 3 prescriptions. So I have to called to chases the 3rd. Two days later I received text from doctor office and it was the wrong med. had to call again, while on vacation, and the prescription was sent. Guess what, it was the wrong strength!!! Now I am trying to call to get the right strength. I saw dr Noel on 2/27 and today is 3/15. It has taken them 2 weeks and counting to tried to get 3 simple medication prescriptions correct! Will not be staying with the Chamian Medical Group. I don't believe they care. Looking for a new doctor again!"

"Please don’t come here or have your family come here. The level of carelessness here is pretty unreal. Wait time 2hrs +, the level of incompetence as well is at a high degree. You will be thankful you took them somewhere else."

"I see Nurse Russell, and she’s great. She talks, and listens to you like your family, very compassionate and understanding. Staff is fine, not very personal, but that’s ok with me. I’ve never had an issue with getting an appointment and they are almost always on time, never a long wait."

"You come 15m early to your appointment like they ask, the staff in the front is very rude and not so friendly, you wait 1-2hrs after your schedule time just for the doctor to come in and spend 10m with you. Doctor Noel Chamian is a very knowledgeable doctor, his MA is great it’s just the girls at the front desk could use some training and they need to do something about triple booking patients."
