"If I could give this doctor’s office zero stars, it would be -0!!! Unbelievable customer service! The staff is RUDE. I have NEVER in my life walked out of a doctors office. I spent 2 1/2 hours there just today, took MY time off work, not to mention the gas to get there. I waited over 1 hour in a freezing cold room waiting for Dr. Flores, who by the way is one of the most arrogant doctors I have ever met. I walked out today because apparently my time & paycheck does not matter to him! I also got my money back & they acted like it was an everyday occurrence! Shame on the people who are supposed to “care” about our health! They only care about the almighty dollar. Speaking of almighty, the only time Dr Flores has a personality is if you ask him about himself! IF your insurance gives you other options, avoid this place like the plague!"

"Everyone in this office was great, polite and helpful. My experience is very positive from the check in to the nurses, MA, doctor was amazing, and check out was easy. Definitely recommend this location for quality patient care."

"DR. OMID RAD POUR WAS VERY RUDE AND RACIST. He told me that " Are you listening to me?! Do you understand English?! " After, I just wanna ask him a question to confirm myself. He has zero patience for his patients. As a doctor, he is very unprofessional. I will never go back there again. Last time, I was there 2020 before the pandemic. Now, I have to wait for more than 2 months as a new patient. The nurse there told me they would keep my records for 5 years, and they don't know why I'm a new patient now. Anyway, it's very unprofessional!"

"My experience here on my last visit was great overall. The staff is really friendly and receptive, and Dr. Rad Pour really explained to me the details of my condition and set some clarification on my understanding of what is happening that was based on some fundamental errors from my previous endocrinologist. He was very receptive to all my questions and per my request ordered lab work for the future because it will make me feel better given my previous confusion. He's an excellent provider, really seems to know what he's talking about and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs an endocrinologist."

"I had kind of a rocky start here but I have grown to appreciate this place. Dr. Nakhle is great and has done a great job for mew and his staff has been very helpful and responsive. I'm glad we were able to get past some initial issues with staff responsiveness and I plan to stick around as a patient long term."
