"I cannot recommend this place. Stay away. I like the doctors. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer the phone. I'm not kidding. Need to make an appointment? Nope. Need to make a payment? Good luck! There's no online payment portal, so they still only accept checks in person or via mail. They don't realize that caring for people includes the full patient experience. It's not worth the extra headache or difficulty for dealing with this place."

"I wrote a review 2 years ago. (Remember Covid?) This review doesn't change. My family has been going to this practice for 20+ years. They have taken care of us for every kind of health situation.. Yes, you need patience on the phone situation. BUT look at what has happened in Las Vegas these last 5 years. My neighbors, friends, and other family members have much worse experiences seeing other practices even waiting up to 2 months for appointments, or being turned down completely. Thank You Ensign."

"The doctors are amazing here. I have been going here since 2013. If my review was just based on the doctors it would be a 5 star, but no one answers the phones. I am getting bills for co-pays, but no one calls back when I try to make my payment. I have gotten notices of being over 30 days, but I can't pay if no one answers the phone or returns calls. Need a refill on my meds and still am waiting for a call back."

"If you’re thinking about becoming a new patient here don’t even bother. They never pick up the phone or return voicemails. The other negative reviews are real! We’ve been trying to reach out for weeks now just to get some simple medical records because we want to switch doctors due to the unprofessionalism and the difficulty of making appointments. It’s unreal how a clinic that deals with people’s lives and health is operated in this way. And on top of that Dr. White is never inside the clinic either. Stay away from this “practice”. Absolutely shameful."

"I have always had good experiences with this office. Even when I relocated to North Las Vegas, I continued to come here because I never had any issues as with other medical facilities. I was last seen 10/11/22 and was told to call with any questions or concerns with my blood work. Well, I DO have concerns & questions, but have not received ANY calls back from the multiple voicemails I have been leaving the past THREE WEEKS!! Nobody answers calls, even appointments goes to voicemail, I leave messages through their online portal, and nobody replies. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I will be filing complaints. No patient should be left with unanswered questions that concern their life. This is very bad practice for any clinic."
