"I used to see Dr. Sherri when I was in high school. Prior to her I’ve tried going to 4 other therapists & none of them helped me because “I was too young to have real problems” even tho I was a depressed suicidal child since I was 7. So I gave up on therapists, used self harm & substances to cope with abandonment issues. Until My best friend used to see dr Sherri (she had a harsher childhood than me) I used to go to her appointments & sit In the waiting room. In time I saw my best friend dramatically improve . She had someone who was supportive & got her to believe in herself again. After 2 months of sitting in the waiting room I decided to try myself & I’m so thankful I did. I FINALLY felt seen & heard. My feelings mattered & I was judged for the way I lived my life. She helped me remember my dreams & focus on ME not the problems I can’t control. The only place in my life that gave me that. If I didn’t have dr.sherri & take that last chance I’m not sure how I’d be today."

"If you are looking for support n couples counseling, be prepared for Sheri to side with the female side. I would not recommend her at all. We are getting a divorce, and my ex is using a lawyer Sheri recommended."
