"A Regrettably Disappointing Dental Experience I would like to share my experience at this dental office, which was far from satisfactory. My expectations of quality service and thorough dental care were unfortunately met with an alarming level of disregard and unprofessionalism. Upon my first and, regrettably, last visit, I was hoping for a thorough teeth cleaning which should have been conducted with utmost precision and care. Sadly, the dental hygienist was done within a mere 16 minutes. The brief procedure seemed perfunctory and incomplete. My teeth were scarcely scraped, and the supposed polish barely made contact with them. It was the most inadequate cleaning I've ever experienced, and it left me questioning the integrity of the care provided by this office. What added to my concerns was the omission of an ultrasound and fluoride treatment. When I queried about these standard procedures, the hygienist responded with vague and unconvincing excuses about these equipment being in the other room. It seemed to me that she was in a hurry to complete both our procedures within an unrealistic timeframe of 40 minutes. However, what truly disappointed me was the reaction I received when I voiced my concerns. Instead of addressing them in a respectful and understanding manner, I was met with an unpalatable attitude. I was made to feel as if this was my first visit to a dental office and they had rendered an exceptional service. This lack of accountability and dismissive response made the experience all the more distressing. Dental care is a serious matter, and I believe patients should be treated with the respect and care they deserve. This visit was a stark reminder of how important it is to choose a dental office that values its patients and upholds the highest standards of dental practice. Unfortunately, this office was not that place. I hope my experience serves as feedback for the office to improve its service and for future patients to make an informed decision."

"Dr. Patel is an outstanding professional with a team equally excellent. My husband needed extensive dental treatment which included, among other things, the placement of 11 crowns! Dr. Patel, with his state of art equipment that can make crowns on site, treated my husband in just one visit! Dr. Patel also offers sedation, which it was essential in my husband's case since he suffers from dementia. The treatment lasted 5 hours and during the whole time Dr. Patel kept me informed about the procedure and, knowing that I was worried about my husband's condition, kept assuring me that my husband was doing just fine. One other thing that impressed me a great deal was that, when the treatment was over, both dr. Patel and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Edward Campbell, wheeled my husband in his wheelchair all the way to the parking lot, to where the transport van was waiting for my husband and I. Thank you so much Dr. Patel and the staff of Hawaii Pacific Dental Group!!!"
