"My sister trying to go in to give birth and this hospital is telling he not to come her stepson mom told her that this place is shady and and she works for them in the pharmacy with they are because when I was sent there because I was banged they were telling my family to pull the plug on me because I would not make it well I did make it and I’m living today making a lot of progress that I had an incident where I had to go back to Queens to a different part of the hospital, and they chose to be nicer so it’s different parts of the hospital different nurses different doctors. There are totally rude and they are very shady."
"The emergency room was the worst employees in all the emergency I have been before. Every time we were there we always checked in with the person by the name of Amy. This lady will check you in and you can not ask her question her respond to all your questions will be (I do not know) they will hold you up in emergency room for hours even though you are shot of breath. This lady will be walked by by us and we will ask her question she will do her favorite answer ,I do not know while walking away never stop and answer your question. I believe this nurse hate her job cause it is not only us experience this situation from her it is a lot of people came in and I was watching her and she was doing the same thing to the others."
"Took my mom to the ER. Check In desk for ER is located outside I guess due to them being so busy. Security asked if he we visiting or checking in and I told them we were checking in. Instead of asking what was the reason to check in or putting our name on the list, he just told us that they were busy and to have a seat on the row of chairs behind the lockers (which is really hard to see from the check in desk). He then process to tell the next two patients the same thing. Security then switched out with a different guy. A couple more people showed up and he then let them through without having them line up after us. I'm assuming the other guy didn't tell him the order people were coming in. I asked him about checking in again and let him know what we waited there longer than a few people that he let through. He apologized that the check in orders were currently messed up that someone well call us when it's our turn. The previous guy came back and started letting other people through to sit in the area that people are getting called in while webstill have to sit in the area that was 10 feet away and hard to see. I understand if people were being let in in the order of severity but they didn't bother asking for any information at all nor was there as proper sign in sheet to see who arrive first and so on. Decide to take my mom to another ER. Most of her doctors are at Queen so I thought if they needed her info it would be easier for them to pull it but I rather have the other ER request a transfer of informations at this point."
