"Unfortunately I did not get the young lady’s name who attended to me but I remember she is a military wife. She is awesome. Very efficient, kept me informed as to my progress in the process and kept me relaxed during unavoidable delays. This office is run in a very professional manner. Great job folks!"

"The entire team was very friendly and professional. I came in late afternoon on a Friday without an appointment and was worried about their closing in a couple minutes. They were able to help me before closing and took time to guide me through all paperwork. True professionals and didn’t realize until visit how many services they offer. Highly recommend visiting!"

"It was my first time going to Concentra to complete requirements for my new employer. The place was very organized and clean. The staff were consistently very professional and knew what they were doing. The ladies in the front really stood out the most to be the most helpful and welcoming especially Shanna who is one of the MA, I believe. My only gripe about the place was the wait time because I had to wait for about an hour in the exam room for a physical exam. Granted they only had two doctors and they were really busy. Arthur did my exam and he was very professional, friendly, and had a great bedside manner. Despite this, overall, I still had a great experience at Concentra. And would not mind going back again to complete any other requirements for my job."

"I have taken many drug tests in my time and never have I ever been in a more uncomfortable place to provide a sample. The place is NOT clean. The bathroom I was told to provide my sample did not have a lock, (I as a woman made me very nervous about the man on the other side) the floor was absolutely disgusting, along with the toilet as well. The cup I was handed did not have a lid, so it made me think who has accidentally dumped their urine on this floor? Or on this desk? I’d give 1 star but I give an extra because once I was called back it was quick. They also failed to tell me they were going to scan and copy my ID, which I feel should be necessary to provide to the customer. The people were nice, quick to business, but does it hurt to be a bit more sanitary?"

"First time there was really great & The staff and all were helpful & very polite to me, Also I went in & came straight back out & that is what i was looking forward too because I didn’t want to wait longer. I also enjoyed waiting because I wasn’t the only one in there. If i was to rate my experience overall is at the concentra was absolutely a 10."
