"Pill Mill. This scum isn't a real doctor, he's a scummy pill dispenser. I went for Psychiatric help. Put me in a room with a nurse who had a prescription pad, asked me what pills I wanted. This was my initial visit. I was told if I don't want prescriptions, I'm in the wrong place. No interview, no diagnosis, just an offer of drugs with refills. Avoid this place or get caught up in the lawsuit later when he goes to prison"

"It's clear to me that getting proper mental medical help is a consistent problem here in the valley! Not only does the places take an enormous amount of time to be placed on schedule by the time you waited anywhere between 2 weeks to 2 months. This is the second office I had to grab my things and run out from the rude behavior! This office in particular "tried" to rip me off of $50 for a co pay because they hadn't done their job verifying benefits so in order for me to be seen I had to fork over the cash or reschedule when it already took weeks to get in the first place..smdh! So ok fine at this point I was desperate for help. So I pay that and I get called back by some older looking blonde lady and since I do have significant memory problems I can't recall the wicked lady name but she look like the teacher who teaches kids to reproduce on t.v. show wayward pines..lol.. This bleee bloop lady on her computer checking my prescription history on " The DEA " website or whatever the eff that was and I was telling her my old psych retired and this is what I was on before in the past.. She tells me "no uh uhn " I don't do "Uppers with Downers" I doubt that was proper patient to Dr. terminology used. She just abruptly cuts me off and tells me I can give you wellbutrin to start you off with.. lol.. Now tell me why would she want to subject me to meds I don't need and Guinne pig me when I clearly told her my issues and they weren't related to depression at all! I have severe issues with adhd and trying to find solutions is unbelievable here at this office. To put it short I was statistically treated as if I was scouting for scripts and was ridiculed for being on pain meds which I see a pain specialist for in all under one minute of sitting in this ladies office in less than 1 minute. What a joke! Avoid this place , that lady and the awful feeling of being rejected accurate care! I filed a complaint with my insurance company."

"Unless you have to go to this office, go somewhere else. The office staff is horribly disorganized and crowded into a small area, no wonder they have no idea who's doing what. Wait times tend to be long, bring a book. Dr. Rubin is one of those psychiatrists who asks you how you're doing, but you can tell he has no interest and his mind is on something other than his job. He writes prescriptions and sends you on your way with an appointment for 6 months in the future. I don't know what he charges the insurance companies, but whatever it is, it's too much for a barely 5 min. office visit."
