"FYI—the 5 star review is from his own employee Monica. Shockingly unprofessional. Greatly oversells treatment only to under deliver. Was very satisfied initially but after 12 months my family has decided to cut ties. Dr Bomer is satisfactory at best, but his employees are notoriously unprofessional and commit HIPAA violations daily. Expect your private information heard and openly discussed amongst other patients in the waiting room. Overheard an employee in the parking lot make open threats against a patient inside while I was waiting to pick up my wife. When she bought it up to the doctor he simply stated it had been addressed but the employee still works there and is one of the members openly discussing HIPAA information. Brought this up several times with Dr. Bomer over the course of a couple months and even TODAY patients in therapy could be heard from the waiting room. He is consistently late for my children’s appts, sometimes as much as 45 minutes! Doesn’t seem to be able to solve his business problems, it’s hard to trust him to help others solve theirs. One positive note, he accepts TRICARE."
