"After moving from Oregon, we found Dr. Melocoton. Both of my kids have chronic rare health issues. She knew what each of them were and I didn’t have to educate her. That goes a long way for our family. Her expertise and knowing what our kids need for care and a specialist provider is top notch. Most doctors haven’t heard of most of our health issues. Some might think negative things and I see reviews about bedside manner. Look as someone with chronic health issues, I personally have seen some top physicians for myself in America, the good ones.. typically never have that fake persona. Matter of fact, blunt ones are who you want for serious issues. She is educated and knows what her patients need. You won’t have to argue for your child if they need a referral and that in itself is a miracle. Thank you Dr Melocoton for restoring our trust in doctors again. -The Fischer family"

"I tried this place for a year because it's really close to my house. I found the place always overcrowded and took forever to get to the appointments. They make you wait too long in the waiting room every time. Even when you get to the doctor's room and think now you are going to see the doctor, you wait even more! I've had blood exams coded wrong and ended having to pay for exams my insurance would cover. However, the only ones that could change the codes were at the pediatrician's office. I called six times explaining they had to change the codes and resubmit to my insurance. They never did anything. They never even called me back when I left messages asking them call back. I decided to go ahead and pay for it because I didn't want my name to go to collections. I left messages with Alma, Stephany and Claudia. They all said they would look into it and call me back. Not even a ring from anyone from the office. I had to switch to a new pediatrician because they did me wrong with all the waits and then for writing wrong codes and not fixing it, making me pay at end when I was getting fourth and final notices. I would not recommend this office to no one. Go someplace else!"
