"I am absolutely devastated by Dr. Weiners office! My daughters have been patients here for years. My oldest is 9 and my youngest is soon to be 2. They have a ridiculous policy that apparently I signed about no shows. Due to my work schedule my mother does me the favor in taking my youngest for her shots. My oldest has never missed an appointment but my youngest has since no one called to remind of her appointments, which I’m not excusing either but my mom is older and needs to be reminded of them. Not even a warning of discharge nothing and now I have to find someone else to care for my kids. I love Dr Weiner and Tina they are great but you need a new staff with compassion. My oldest has been going since she was a baby you guys are the only docs she knows. Super disappointed this should’ve been handled differently I guess Merry Christmas to us. Very unprofessional regardless of a policy patients especially kids should be cared for regardless and communicate with a parent if this is an issue. Like seriously we didn’t call complaining about not being reminded. I guess Merry Christmas to us. Super upset on how wrong this was handled"
