"10 years ago I would recommend this place to anyone but over the years this place has went down hill… Dr.Hirta has changed a lot! She diagnosed my son with ADHD and when I asked her if ADHD was a disability she rudely interrupted me and told me no and You cannot get disability checks for him! WOW !!!!!! Excuse me That was very unprofessional and rude Dr. Hirta and then goes on to tell me that she doesn’t Believe in medicine to help control it???? How do you go to school for medicine but don’t believe in medicine !!!!! And for FYI I’ve worked hard my whole life for my family and I was very Offended with that remark! Other things have happen in the past that I didn’t like but after today I am completely done ! I will definitely be finding my family and a better pediatrician!"

"The Doctor gave my wife expired medicine dating back to May 2022 for our new born child! If the Dr. can’t even bother to check if the medicine they give out Is good. Then we can’t trust them!(Dr.Hirata) rule is she can only see one of the parents for the appointment! What kind of dumb rule is that? I’m trying to be an informed parent, English isn’t my wife’s first language and it’s hard for her to fully understand it. Thought this would be a good experience but was the complete opposite! Will have to change pcp for all ours kids now. And it took us over 5 times calling until they picked up the phone for an appointment for a new born!"

"I have come to this pediatrician 3 days in a row. As a walk in, for a physical. Due to the earliest I could get an appt. Is the 31st. Of Aug. N she needs her physical asap. I called a week or so in advance to schedule an appt. An no one answers the phone. So that's what prompted my walk ins. Today we arrived at 845 am. An still no luck. I've been coming to LaCanada since 2001. All my children have come here. N now the service seems to be horrible. It seems that they r extremely overbooked and understaffed. Leaving the people who have longevity there out in the cold. Where n what's happened to the customer service???I've requested to speak to the owner, corporate or something. Let's see if they care enough to respond. Smh. Signed concerned parent."
