I am never rushed and am always able to get an appt in a reasonable time. Im honestly very surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. Like I said I've been going to her for nine years and have always had good experiences."

"My kid sister has been here twice and left in tears both times. The first time the doctor commented about what she was wearing and said she too young to be dressing like that. And today we both didn’t see the sign for no phones yet she took my sister outside to show her the sign, they came back and she started her physical, my sister had a scared look and I was confused until I heard the doctor make crack about not being able to breath without her phone. My sister put her phone away and was in no way rude to this lady. I’m so upset I brought her here to this doctor who has the worst attitude towards children"

"Dr. Stephanoff is the pediatrician for all four of my children. I have never had any issues with her or the staff. I can only speak for myself and my experience. Never have I or my children ever been treated unfairly. My children love Dr. Stephanoff and her staff."
