"Absolutely pathetic! If your child requires surgery, DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS PROVIDER! The staff, specifically Monica is rude and impersonal! Maybe it’s not her fault and it’s just she’s scheduling for a doctor that forces her to OVER SCHEDULE HIM. Was told to arrive at 9 am, was updated at 1pm that it was going to ATLEAST another 2 hours. AS I WATCH THIS DR WALKING AROUND LAUGHING AND MAKING PERSONAL PHONE CALLS. I’ve worked for a provider like this and it’s just time he retire. Money hungry and doesn’t care about anyone else’s time!"

"Don't recommend. I called twice to schedule an appointment for my eleven year old son in Reno, NV. Both times they told me someone would call me back to schedule the appointment and never did. The third time I called, I was told that I have to complete a form about bed wetting, submit and then someone would call me to schedule the appointment. I never received the email to get to an appointment. Finally I gave up. This practice does not pursue you. In fact they defer you."
