"From one parent to another please seek medical care elsewhere. December 15th 2022 at approximately 11:30am PST my children had a scheduled doctors appointment. My baby was exhibiting runny nose, fever, secretions from eyes and cough. Doctor walked in for maybe 2 minute did a patient assessment for each child ensuring both me and my spouse that it was just a upper respiratory bug going around. Also during this visit we scheduled a routine follow up for Monday 12/26/2022 keep this in mind for later when it comes to professionalism. Come around that Monday 12/19/2022 neither of my children's condition improved after giving prescribed atnibotic/allergy med, so we decided to covid test both kids came back positive. Days after concluding many long nights fighting fevers and trying to aid in getting the kids comfy the main office calls to say the appointment that was scheduled got canceled because the office wasn’t open! First of all we respect not getting other children sick from the virus however they knew the office would be closed for the check up but still scheduled it anyways secondly the doctor never even considered us going to get tested just a quick assessment here’s some meds and out the door! Thirdly this office isn’t set up with appropriate PPE/sanitary conditions patient rooms have no sinks, office staff have long finger nails anyone who has truly worked in a professional environment knows this is a hazard from transmission of germs. Not to mention based off diagnosis from doc the kids didn’t have covid so if we never tested would have rescheduled appointment and potentially gave it to other children….. By the way worked three years healthcare between EMS, Covid testing clinics and currently onsite medical."

"It's hard enough getting a newborn out of the house, you would think a pediatrician would be more understanding of this. Appointment was at 9:30 Dr. finally comes in room at 10:45 just to let me know that they don't have the rotavirus vaccine to give my son. (The only reason we are there) It's understandable to not have it the first visit but to specifically call me to tell me they DO have it and I make an appointment, come in and they DON'T have it, when that's the only reason we came is very frustrating, a waste of our time and very unprofessional. Shame"
