"Unprofessional, uncaring and bad bedside manner. Would be nice if she actually followed through on things she promises, like a referral for an occupational therapist, which she agreed was likely needed No follow up as promised, and then when I had to call and ask for the referral the lady told me there was nothing in my child's chart about the referral and the info in there was wrong. She told me come back in two months for follow up, and the clerk said the chart said one week. Then when I finally got called back with the referral, they referred me to a place thaw was completely wrong for her age and situation. Said my daughter was "really weird" for still putting things in her mouth at 15 months, which whatever. I wasn't insulted or anything but when you add it all up, it's annoying in retrospect."
