"Every time I need an emergency appointment here they want to schedule me a month later. My daughter had a really bad ear ach they said they could see her in 4 weeks because they are so busy. I just started working as a nurse full time and I needed to reschedule my son's one year well visit. Now that I work Monday through Friday at won't be able to come in until 4:00 p.m. they wanted to schedule it for June 17th. That is absolutely rediculus. I have no family out here I don't have people to drive my kids to doctors appointments especially my one year old son. I'm going to start looking for a new pediatrician. Staff it rude!"

"Such an amazing office! The receptionists, nurses line, nurse practitioner, doctor and all of the staff are just fabulous. We see Bonnie Tefoya almost every time we go but I love them all. I would highly recommend this office. I take both of my toddlers there and have for 3+ years."

They lie and make you come in for an office visit for immunization records and claim they are in storage when they are readily available on WebIZ. When I called them out on it, they said oh it must be a mistake and we have to see when we went digital as if this was the first request from anyone about this information especially being the time of year that it is. .Don't you think it would be helpful to check WebIZ before blowing people off and forcing them to make an appt so you can make your little $200 from my insurance for an office visit and lying to people telling them that it is in storage? Outraged. Please mail my medical records for my kids. We will never visit your office again. I am tired of medical crooks in America today"
