"We had Dr. Perez as a provider on 2/21 for my daughter’s two month appointment. Dr. Perez became unprofessional/rude and ended her appointment when she found out that my husband and I did not want to vaccinate our daughter. She told us we were making a mistake and risking her life. Then proceeded with “get your baby dressed and this will be your last visit with us since we are a pro vaccination practice” then patted my daughters tummy and stated “have a nice life” and walked out of the door. She didn’t attempt to provide us with hand out education or addition time to make an informed decision. Dr. Perez did not discuss our daughter PKU results from the previous visit. She did not inform is if my daughter’s exam went well. She did not let us know when we would need to have her seen again or what I as a parent need to be doing at home to help my daughters develops ie. starting/increasing tummy time, how much to be eating, sleeping, wake window. I felt this experience was demeaning and extremely unprofessional."

"Dr.’s are great! But change all this office staffs! They are useless and never worked on your case. I worked on medical field and I never seen an medical records could take 3 months to retrieve?! Should state of Nevada get aware of this?! I keep calling their MR department but never ones had answered! Then called the scheduling department to make sure someone in MRD could help me but just hanged up."

"I absolutely love my child’s doctor but let me tell you their call service staff is terrible I have had to call two times, years apart mind you, they hang up on you they are rude just both experiences terrible my child was sick and acting fine I called out of concern instead of running to the ER like a panicing mom the nurse gave me attitude like I was over reacting I work in customer service I know people can be taxing I get it can’t imagine how it must be to deal with parents and sick kids but I treat everyone with respect especially other service workers so I find incredibly disheartening these are the people I have to trust to help my child medically. Again it’s not the doctors but the staff that run their call center especially the nurses you call to ask for help when the office is closed.. I would rather waste a trip to the er then call them for advice on my child again. I hardly ever leave reviews for anything but I sincerely hope management sees this and has a talking to their staff because this is a medical field where kindness understanding and compassion should go side by side with quality care for every patient especially so because it is our children.."

"My dr is amazing but one day we had another Dr help us in the practice and I was given misleading information and have been trying to get in touch with the office manager for 2 weeks now and no call back. I much rather leave details out but my assigned PCP is phenomenal it’s the other provider that works for him. I want to continue to stay here but not if I’m going to be lied to and when I want to vocalize the misunderstanding for some sort or clarity and no one calls me and when the office called they assumed I needed an appointment so I left out of my meeting and they had assumed me calling for for an apt and when I told her it was about a complaint she hung up on my face. Can an office manager please call me on my phone."

"Wow! I am so blown away! We had the pleasure of seeing Karen Freeman and she is so wonderful!! She was thorough, understanding, funny and caring! I didn’t feel rushed once and she offered ideas and suggestions for my child instead of trying to get us out the door quickly. The epitome of a true, compassionate health care professional! The office is very clean too and seems very organized. Making an appointment was pretty easy had to wait a day but was worth the wait! Staff seemed very friendly as well. Thank you!!"
