"HORRIBLE!!!! Waited an hour in the room to update vaccines. Dr. Was chatting next door, could hear the whole conversation, im glad they have fun but they need to be conscious of other patients that are waiting. Maybe if we were friends we could have better care and service. I asked 2 nurses for help and they were very uncaring maybe it was the fake lashes they were wearing. The only one that try to do something was the check out girl. This office has become very unprofessional. Ive been coming to this practice since my son was born, he is almost 12, very disappointing and the lack of concern very irritating. Not coming back, not that they would care but I'm sure there are other other pediatricians and offices who care about ALL their patients."
