"I went to my first appointment. Doctor and nurse are good . The front desk staff . Super rude . They seemed all mad if you ask them anything at all !!. Like they are doing you a favor. I got there on time . Filled paperwork. Waited almost an hour to just get my vitals. However, people after me got called first. It’s hard to find good doctors nowadays in Vegas . The front desk staff it’s horrible. Also , the person that takes vitals just tells you go to room . Other places I have been . They tell you step by step . She just threw me into restroom and I have to find my way back . Also , NO privacy from her when calling patients. She should ask for DOB when you are indoors . She asked both patients at the same time !! Took both patients together NO Privacy!!! Also, the lobby is dirty . Business cards all over . Death flower arrangements. It reflects how much the staff does not care and hate their jobs . Get a better team!"

"I had pelvis floor surgery by Dr Hsieh and visited him four times due to extreme pain after surgery. He completely ignored my pain and treated me as a drug seeker. Thankfully, I found a wonderful Urologist and I had a severe case of interstitial Cystitis with Hunners ulcers and have had three surgeries over the past 2 1/2 years. Dr Hsieh was suppose to be a specialist in Urogynecology and he should have suspected my pain was in my bladder."

"I wish I could give Dr. Hseih zero stars. I have been taking my mom to see him as she has Alzheimer’s and needs my assistance. Dr Hseih is cold, rude, completely disregards the humanity of his patients and is totally inconsiderate of their time. He’s NEVER on time and never offers any apology for the 2-3 hours wait. A normal doctor office wait time is expected but extra HOURS of waiting is very difficult with someone who has Alzheimer’s and is constantly terrified of new surroundings. I’ve never experienced such a horrible bedside manner. I wish we would have been referred elsewhere. It’s not that hard to be kind and considerate as a physician...people are obviously in a time of need when they are coming to you."
