"The office won’t answer the phone or call back. Once I did get there I saw Dr Stone who didn’t even review my chart, which contained records from my previous GI. No vitals were taken he didn’t even touch me. I think he asked me 4 questions before telling me they’d call me back for a procedure. He churns and burns patients my appointment was at 3 I was exiting his office at 3:03. He also neglected protocol for my medicine and didn’t order labs… when I asked about this I was told in order to get an answer I’d have to make another appointment. Pure corner cutting negligence at the expense of patient safety and system manipulation. Sad. Disgraceful. Update: I have complained about this negligence to the Nevada Medical board m, reported the attempted insurance fraud to the National Insurance Crime Bureau, and notified my insurance company that this provider is taking advantage of the system by requiring additional visits after he himself forgot the standard medical protocol. Seeing as how there are many reviews with the same story… it’s best to let the proper channels know."

"The prep for a colonoscopy is tough but when you have the team Dr. Stone has, I found them to be absolute tops. Efficiency, friendliness, expert treatment all translate to 5 stars in performance. Dr. Stone and his staff have earned the highest marks in my book and I am so pleased that I was able to experience that excellence first hand. Thanks!"

"I am writing this review as I sit in the parking lot of his facility, crying my eyes out. I have multiple autoimmune diseases and have been desperately trying to find a treatment for me. I have met more doctors than I could count. I didn’t think it was possible, but Stone has taken the spot of being the worst doctor I’ve ever met. Immediately into the visit, he weight shames me in front of my relative that goes to my appointments with me. He asked a couples questions about my weight/if I was gaining weight and I replied that yes, I have gained weight but I do not want to disclose information about it or preach any numbers. He shamed me anyways and said out loud my weight. Quickly into the visit, before I am even really able to explain this diagnosis and symptom journey, he says “your Crohn’s is in remission.” I’m practically lost for words. The entire encounter was an attack and dismissal of my wellbeing. Prior to the appointment, it was required to fill out a long questionnaire about my symptoms and Stone also was given all of the medical files from my previous GI doctor. He told us he did not look through those files because there was too many, and made it very clear that he did not read the questionnaire either: I have fought my whole life to get a diagnosis for what is wrong with me, and I never got a diagnosis until I was hospitalized and on my deathbed. Walking into this appointment with Stone and having him tell me that “its an IBS problem” and dismissing my Crohn’s entirely was beyond disrespectful. All of my other doctors I have/have had all tell me my “Crohn’s is out of control.” This man may be skilled in GI practice, but I would never recommend him—especially if you are female and know/suspect you have autoimmune disease. He is just another one of those white, male, dismissive doctors. If you think you may have a GI disease or are looking to get treatment, do not go to Stone. I would give him negative stars if I could."

"I searched high and low for a good Gastroenterologist to do my colonoscopy. Great bedside manner is absolutely top on my list in addition to a quality doctor. Dr. Stone embodies EVERYTHING I could've asked for! Seriously, look no further. He is the real deal. He put me at immediate ease during my initial visit. Then for my procedure he remembered who I was and, again, put my mind at ease right away. Yes I am a baby! I also want to give a shout out to the nursing staff at the surgical center who took care of me. Everyone was so awesome and friendly. If Dr. Stone or any of the staff are reading this, THANK YOU for doing what you do. You are so appreciated!"

"Dr. Stone is by far and away the best Gastroenterologist in Clark County and dare I say even the state. I have gone through nearly all the gastro Doctors here in Vegas and practically every one of them treated me like a number in some form or fashion. Dr. Stone treats you like a real human being. He actually took the time to listen to me explain my Crohn’s symptoms in detail and actually cared about how I wanted to try and fix the problem as well. Too many of these doctors now a days just want to tell you what to do and it’s their way or the high road. Dr. Stone is not that way at all. He really partners with you on solving your day to day problems with your gastro health and then also plans with your long term goals as well. That’s how it should be done with doctors and that is Dr. Stone through and through. By far my favorite doctor I’ve ever had!"
