"Started going here about a year ago. I come monthly. Offices are clean and everyone was very nice. The doctors were thorough yet efficient. My first 8 appointments lasted about 30 minutes. Everything was very professional and I LOVE the diversity in this office. The past 3 months, appointments are harder to make every month because their books are full. Waiting times have also been increasing. New back office support hires aren’t the quality of the employees in the past. Today I waited an hour to get in a patient room then waited an additional 20 minutes for the doctor. I saw the doctor for 2 minutes. Then there was a line to schedule the next appointment. I don’t think so, I’ll be using the that time to find a new dermatologist."

"It took over 30min for them to call me back. The room was extremely cold and the Dermatologist acted like he didn't even want to touch or look at my moles. He was very timid. I don't feel like I got the accurate mole check that I needed."

"I absolutely love doctor Blanchard's knowledge. I feel honored to be able to see him. He's the best. My only complaint is that the Medical Assistant failed to send both prescriptions to my pharmacy. Now I'll need to follow up and it delays my treatment. I'm not a happy camper about that. I was there and I know what Dr. Blanchard said. Despite all that, I'm very forgiving and will do my part to correct things in a pleasant manner."

I do see a contrast in attitude between the front desk staff and those in the clinical area where everyone is so nice and attentive. Front desk staff could benefit with re-education in communication to help patients sense they are welcome. I am thankful for and in praise of everyone I have met in the clinical area. The care I have received by Practitioner Singh is superb."
