Cancer is no joke and to have a doctor that is compassionate like him is hard to find in these rough times that I’m going through."

"Dr. Goodman isn’t as compassionate as we had hoped. The entire healthcare system in NV is damn near 3rd world country. Money is the motivation for healthcare here and it’s no different with Dr. Goodman. If you or your family is diagnosed with cancer here, don’t expect any form of compassion from this office…not answering calls or to schedule is a nightmare especially when you’re already in distress. My mom has been a patient of his for 3+ yrs and he has no emotion or urgency when speaking with him. I had to beg him to give me explanation on certain issues, instead he had his nurse do it. I’m taking my mom back to our home state so she can receive the dignity and care she deserves."

"Dr Goodman is a great doctor. Too bad he's saddled with an incompetent phone service. Forty minutes waiting on phone just to talk to an operator, then 20 to 40 minutes to actually talk to scheduling, if they answer at all. This office just don't care !"
