"The rudest disrespectful office I have ever experienced. At 3150 S Tenaya. I needed an updated disabled placard. I had missed the July 31st expiration and received a $250 violation. They made me go back out and move my car from a handicap spot in a parking lot that had probably 25 empty handicapped spots. When I hobbled back in they said they couldn't help me until my medical person comes back from vacation on the 17th of this .month meaning can't park in one until I get a new one. The experience was awful."
