"Don't wast your time coming to this chaotic office. My 71 year old mother needs to get her stomach problem checked out, the nurse gave me a different instruction everytime and sent us running in circles for a whole month. On our last visit they send the wrong order to the lab and when we called them from the lab to get a stomach exam order, but instead they cancelled our appointment for no reason. Their nurses and doctor do not care about their patients at all, every word they say is rude and sarcastic and that is no way to treat any body let alone a 71 year old woman."

"Called three times to see if Dr. Chen was taking new patients and got transferred multiple times and put on hold for 12+ mins and 3+ minutes. The staff here are completely inept and unqualified to do their jobs. Why is it so hard to find a decent Dr. in this town?"

"Dr Chen is too busy to see an established patient with an emergency. I was told to wait 2 months to see him or go to the ER instead. This defeats the purpose of having a primary care doctor. Your dr should not be so busy that you can not see him. The receptionist couldn’t care any less when I told her that I would no longer be a patient there. It was too close to 5pm and she just wanted to hang up the phone. Our medical system is severely flawed and this is a prime example. Now I’m headed to the ER just so they can send me home with a bill likely to be in thousands. I need a doctors office who care more for their patients then how many clients they can have. There is no excuse for a doctors office turning away an existing patient with an emergency. And then have the audacity to say he’s too busy to see me for the next 2 months."

"Great staff and convenience of doing lab testing in the same office. Dr Chen is friendly and easy to communicate with. He was slow in getting back to me on a review of X-rays (I had to call and remind his staff three times over several weeks). The same delay this week with a second blood test done one week ago. The staff is always polite when I ask them to remind Dr Chen to review x-rays or lab work. It is also easy to make appointments and I never have to wait long when I come for an appointments. My wife Michelle is also using Dr Chen as her primary care physician and is pleased with him."

"Dr. Chen's office is very responsive. I had a situation that could not wait for a regular appointment. They were able to work me in on a cancellation. Dr. Chen was great to prescribe an interim medication until my specialist appointment. His staff are extremely helpful with referrals when needed and relaying messages. They always answer the phone and when they tell me they will give me a call back, they really call back. I have not had good experiences with call backs from other doctor's offices, but Dr. Chen's office is very conscientious and caring."
