"Called to get help, as I have sleep APNEA and need a doctor to help, new to area and the APNEA is scaring me and I have been having rough night sleeping. If you have sleep APNEA you know what I mean. So I was referred to them and called to make appointment. The put me on hold and came back a few minutes later and said "sorry we don't take non insurance paying patients, sorry" then second call I got "we have policy now to not take cash paying customers, we only take those with insurance" Basically I see it as greed is more important then people, they just don't make enough money with cash customers, so only take the ones that they can hammer insurance with, all about profits, really gross. I mentioned this to the appoint desk person, and they as well hung up on me. So in the end, you want to go to a center that cares about people more then money, that is not Desert Sleep Disorder Center."
