The therapist Magaley cannot retrieve emails or voice messages so you cannot communicate with her. She literally admitted to not knowing how to retrieve emails or voice messages. If you ask to speak tonher she will NOT call you back. The office manager Tameka is equally as clueless as her team. Talks over you, admits to no wrong doing. The most unprofessional office I have ever encountered"
