"My daughter and I saw Colby only 3 times for diagnosis. However, even though we did not start our actual therapy because of no fault of his (my schedule didn’t work out. I no call no showed twice.) I still would give Colby 5 stars because he was always so nice and gentle with mine and my daughters feelings and emotions. A+ type of therapist that will put his all into his work."

"The worst counseling company to ever experience. They were counseling my niece, and out of know where they fired our counselor who was working with my niece. The counselor Steph we had was amazing. Then they tried to bring a new counselor to our home with an extra person to train her. They didn't even ask me if it was okay? I told them it's not okay because my niece feels uncomfortable talking about issues with an audience 2, or more people. After that Kimberly the the director calls us, and says that we canceled our sessions too many times, and that they're going to drop us. Kimberly needs to be fired, and replaced with someone more understanding, and compassionate towards their patients needs, and the therapists needs. She's power tripping because she's a director. She's losing business by firing good counselors like Steph, and dropping patients left, and right. I think she needs a taste of her own medicine, and she needs to to be fired for being a narcissist, uncompassionate, and heartless towards her staff, and patients! ASAP!"

"The staff is absolutely horrible, just money hungry people. We had issues with my insurance and we worked consistently on fixing it, but these companies take time. We understood they need to get paid (even though I had only been there for 3 sessions), but even when we said we would pay out of pocket, they insisted we get the problem fixed or they would drop me, although we already began fixing the problem, making numerous phone calls, etc. On top of all that, they said we were “unethical” for having 2 therapists. For clarification, I did NOT continuously have 2 therapists, the goal was to transition from my old therapist to this new one, Jovanna Felix, as I have severe anxiety and struggle with abrupt change. I was so excited to finally have a women therapist, but in the 3 sessions we had, she would consistently ask if I was still seeing the other therapist and would become visibly irritated that I was (again due to my anxiety, I NEEDED a slow, smooth transition). In our last session, which was a family session, she stopped my dad and I halfway to call her front desk lady about the insurance and how she would be getting paid. I cannot express how much this angered me and triggered my anxious symptoms. As a place that profits off of “All About You”, they sure as hell do not know how to handle people with severe mental disabilities."

"Stephanie is absolutely amazing! However, the owner and office staff need to work on one communication and two how to do their jobs. They inputted my credit card incorrectly numerous times so the fees kept piling up for a total of 2 months. I also gave them two insurance cards and was told everything was covered, then was told to pay a $35 Co-pay which the second insurance should have covered. Every time you call you get told different things. The owner will not let you speak, and even if you set up a payment arrangement she doesn’t care and will continue to charge your card numerous times. I am not denying the money was owed but it is not my fault that the office staff can’t get it together and charge the agreed upon arrangement for their mistake. The owner did credit back the amount and then went back and charged everything individually after I was told by the office staff that she would call me to get this straightened out. So now I have individual overdraft fees for each item. I had advised the office staff they could put it through on the first for the full amount but would pay the $35 to show good faith. This was the agreement. She accused me of trying to get out of paying when that wasn’t the case at all, then proceeded to act like a two year and hung up on me not once but twice again not shutting up for two seconds to allow me to speak. Definitely not a an agency I would recommend for mental health as they only cause you more stress. What is the point of setting up an arrangement when it was your mistake in the first place for not inputting the correct numbers and if you have no intention of honoring the said agreement. The only reason my foster daughter will continue with them is because of Stephanie, if she leaves we will follow her. They also cancelled me without even telling me."
