"They only tried to get there Money. But they never gave. Me. My certification they want me to go back to do it agent. Bad place to go"
"John is the best. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for caring staff."
"The receptionist is you gatekeeper. She is also the person who makes sure your business makes money to keep her and others employed. I had the UNFORTUNATE opportunity to speak with your receptionist today, Jennifer. She should be immediately terminated. I was looking for a physican and contacted your office. She told me that there would not be an appointment until Feburary and as I was trying to tell her that would not work for me, she jump into my conversation and did not let me get a word in about what I was next going to ask her. I attempted to tell her to stop and listen and she immediately hung up on me. I called back to inform her that I would be writing a complaint and review and she said I yelled at her!! I am a litigation paralegal. I talk with clients ALL DAY long. If I treated any of our clients the way Jennifer did I would be terminated immediately. I didn't yell at her at all. She was just rude and very unprofessional. If that is a reflexion of your practice, I am VERY GLAD I sought help elsewhere!"
"Honestly, I was a client for one-on-one counseling for maaaany years. Then I went for the support they compassionately offer. I must say CCC has the friendliest, caring, nonjudgemental staff I've met. My life has done a 360 degree turn. Now, I am an employee! I am one of the Peer staff in Community Health. I love being able to assist others in such a safe, ethical, trauma informed, learning environment. We are such family and we invite you."
"Quality Mental Health care in Las Vegas is pretty hard to get to begin with. Harmony Healthcare is what many people end up with if you have insurance. I HIGHLY advise to stay away from this organization though if you dont have insurance and your only option is a non profit. The reception staff is condesending and rude. The doctors act as though they are doing it for the good it provides (and expect to be treated as benevolent do gooders.) They were fully aware that I needed just a prescription for basic anti depressants because I lost my insurance and had been off them for 3 months went I went to them. It took 6 weeks to get me an appointment and because i was 15 min late (I was taking the bus Vegas public transit is not the best) I was told that I was not allowed to keep the appointment (which they blocked off an hour, so even with 45 min left and only a script was needed. The girl in reception was outrageously nasty (name Alita) and said that i needed to schedule another appointment 6 weeks from then. I explained again that I was already 3 months off and that in the past my depression can become debilitating, I explained that I had become suicidal and was trying to prevent this,. She said "well then if you are saying you are suicidal then you need to wait here and you will have to be on a three day hold. Condescendingly she said, at least you will get your meds. I did not say i was currently suicidal, and i have spoken to others who they have done this, as a threat. I told her that this is outrageous to treat someone like this. She said "do you want the appointment or are you going to hurt yourself? I made another appointment and also asked if there was another organization that I might be able to get sooner help. She flicked the phone number on a post it to me for the department of mental health and that is where I was helped. It takes about a month to procress you but they were respectful and humaine. I had made an appointment as a backup with CCC. Which a week before I got a call that the doctor has a personal issue and needed to reschedule. Which I called to check and YES IT WAS ANOTHER 6 weeks. These people should be shut down. Others I have spoken with have had similar problems. They use peoples disorders against them. One guy told me he was banned from coming back because he threatened to complain when his appointment was cancelled (same just personal issue). Another guy had told me that his anger management classes he had to take for court they threatened to say he didnt complete them because he was late, (sorry it happens.) PLEASE GO to the mental health center instead. I wish you the best. If you are already getting treatment from them and they try to pull any threat of being banned, Its called patient abandonment and seek an attorney if you can. To cover your ass by using someones Mental Health disorder against them is so sick. I dont know how these people can live with themselves."
