"Fantastic massage; however, the therapist attempted to reuse a single use headrest cover. When I told this wad not allowed, she said it was sterile. BS. No single use covers get pilled from being pulled from the box. When I switched to speaking in Spanish, she then started saying she knows they are single use, but her manager wants her to reuse them. These are same as disposable surgery hats. One use only. Guess the state will be hearing about this."
