"Not professional at all please go somewhere else. I waited an hour and the receptionists didn’t do their due deligence to check on the therapist and they didn’t even apologize for the long wait due to a therapist not working there anymore. Unprofessional!!!!"

"Ashley at the front desk at this location has an attitude problem. I went to schedule my follow up appointment after seeing Doctor Glaucia and she wasn’t friendly at all. This company needs to hire people that are friendly and respectful. Especially the people that are being seen at this location who are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety recovering addicts, etc. She needs to be more cautious and mindful of what people are going through. Even a smile goes a long way. But not with ASHLEY she literally came off as rude with a big attitude!!!"

"Went in for a psychiatry visit Glaucia had us waiting for an entire hour. The set time was a 3:30 but she brought us in at 4:30. She was not welcoming and had a complete lack of professionalism. Don't waste your time with this joke of a mental health clinic."

"This place is a joke. My first appointment was with a therapist that told me i had anxiety. Scheduled me an appointment with a psychiatrist that actually turned out to be an APRN. No help there whatsoever. After my appointment went back to schedule a follow up and asked the lady for medical records release form so I could have my old psychiatrist send my medical records to give them a better sense of what I was being treated for. I filled out the release and the lady asked for a fax number. I told her I didn't have a fax number and she told that yhe medical records technician absolutely would not call for the records I would have to call and get the fax number myself. We are there for mental health and they make it harder on us by not being compliant in their job. Will not be going back."
