"Such a disappointment but at the same time learned alot. I went to Christy for 2 years then got different insurance. She was going to let me know if I was still covered but never let me know, never answered my texts. I finally found out they didn't take my insurance so I wrote her a bad review. She basically dumped me with out even a good bye good luck. After she saw the bad review she called. She said I could see her and pay private. Then asked if I could remove the bad review.I did. Then I contacted her during a family crisis for resources. Never got back to me. Contacted her again to tell her some news and try to pay out of pocket. Will not answer me. We spent alot of time in counseling working on my self esteem and not allowing myself to be mistreated. She then mistreats me herself. But in the end I decided to write this review and not allow myself to be mistreated even by her. So I guess she did teach me alot and for that I'm grateful because in the past I would never stand up for myself especially in an instance like this. But it needs to be said. I'm a good person and deserve to be acknowledged and respected. I will never again sit silent and be treated poorly. Ever So in the end it was worth seeing her. But ultimately she only called to get me to remove the bad review not because she cared. Which is obvious to me now that she will not get back to me with resources or private pay. And I needed the help. Nice to know Hope doesn't respond to feedback or care. I've been asked to remove bad feedback before and I've noticed other people's bad feedback has been removed as well. All they care about is ratings. Don't be fooled by the 4.6 rating it's not true and I do not recommend this place for this and alot of other reasons"

"Who is running this facade? Christy Navarro is incompetent as a social worker. If you are looking for someone to smoke cigarettes with and listen to music while bypassing everything else with your disabled child she is the perfect one for the job. If you want real help she is not the one. The most unprofessional. Unethical "professional". She has no qualms about conflicts of interests and crossing her professional and personal lines. Christy wants to be liked more than she wants to do her job. I have come across yet. Christy is looking for acceptance and validation while holding onto her unhealthy attachments to her ex who had bipolar. She does not know how to separate her clients from her personal life. The medical director does not follow protocol when it comes to grievances. She treats her position like a high school clique instead of professionally. Psycho social rehabilitation same. If you are looking for someone to smoke cigarettes with and listen to music while bypassing thier purpose for the position this is the place to go. I would not recommend this establishment for your vulnerable loved one. There is no professional accountability."
