"Honestly worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I drove 30 minutes to their location only for them to tell me that my masseuse had called out for the day. Mind you I booked this at 8am. They had all day to call me and tell me the masseuse was out but didn’t have the decency or good business practice to do that. I could hear two women in the back talking about how this masseuse calls out a lot. Very disappointing experience. Hope they do better next time but definitely never coming back here again. Edited to say the owner called and apologized which I truly appreciated, most business owners don’t take the time to do that. I’ll give them a second chance and see how it goes."

"Jenny helped me with a neck issue. I couldn't turn my head comfortably. She took her time and worked specifically where the pain was. She is caring and kind. Thanks to her I will be feeling better and can cook for my family on Thanksgiving without the horrible pain I was feeling."

"Had my first massage visit at Zen Massage and I will definitely be going back! When I first walked in I greeted in a friendly manner. The lobby area was clean, spacious and enviting. I was then directed to back room where you wait for your massage therapist. The room ambiance was relaxing, blissful and tranquil. My appointment was for a hot stone massage with Donna. It was the BEST hot stone massage I've ever had. Another plus of Zen Massage is that there is no contracts or membership fees."

The staff has so much patience and respect for the people that walk through their doors. More so, the misuses That I have encountered more than four times, have been very nice and very patient with their clients and their needs. I personally struggle with pain in my joints and other health struggles, and They understood that and I am incredibly grateful for how they treated me and the client's I bring with me.
